Invest in Oklahoma Schools, Save on Oklahoma Taxes
The Oklahoma Public Schools Foundation empowers Oklahomans to invest in public education by facilitating tax credits through the Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act. The program, adopted in 2021, incentivizes direct investment in Oklahoma's public schools by allowing donors to reduce their state tax bill through a tax credit.​

When Oklahoma's public schools thrive, we all win. Public education inspires students and transforms the future of our communities. The Oklahoma Public Schools Foundation, established in 2025 with support from the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence and the Oklahoma State School Boards Association, brings more than 100 years of combined experience in education nonprofits to the table. We imagine an Oklahoma where every student has access to innovative education beyond the Oklahoma core curriculum.
