by facilitating tax credits through the Equal Opportunity Education Act.
Fund Management
Accept, process, safeguard and distribute tax credit-eligible donations to participating districts.
Donor Administration
Issue required tax receipts and tax credit documentation, and report to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
Guidance & Compliance

Review proposed initiatives for compliance with statutory requirements before fund release.

Maintain financial and program records.
Distribution of Funds
Provide scheduled disbursement of approved funds to public school district partners.
Administration & Reports
Collect and submit required reports and financial audit to the state tax commission as required by law.
